SCHOOL RULES


Wherever individuals live together, discipline is necessary and this especially for an educational institution. Therefore, Rising Star Schools require from the students, the conformity of certain regulations, aimed at the growth of the entire school and more so of the individual student.

NOT (WITHSTANDING) ANYTHING IN THIS PROSPECTUS, THE PRINCIPAL MAY AT HIS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY ASK ANY PARENT AT ANY TIME TO TAKE HIS / HER WARD OUT OF THE SCHOOL SHOWING VALID REASONS.

  • The school day commences with morning assembly at which all students must be present.
  • There will no compromise for reporting time of school in morning. The school gates are closed after a single bell 5 minutes before the commencement of morning assembly.
  • Late-comers and those students who are not in proper neat and clean uniform may be sent back home. Late comers will be marked in notice board as well as in attendance register so as to calculate the grade for regularity & punctuality.
  • All students should bring their text books and books to school according to their time-table.
  • All students should carry their H.W. Diary daily to school.
  • All the belongings of the pupils (including Uniform) should be marked with name and class in their own interest.
  • Valuable articles and mobile phones are not allowed in the School premises and the school is not responsible for any loss of or damage to such valuable in school. Such articles, if found in student’s possession, will be confiscated.
  • Students should address their teachers and all the members of the staff with due respects and politeness. They are expected to behave in a gentle manner. They should show respect and politeness to their companions too.
  • No book, periodicals or newspapers of an objectionable nature shall be brought into the school.
  • There is no provision for “Reassessment or Promotion on trial”
  • IN ALL QUESTIONS OF PROMOTION OR FAILURE THE PRINCIPAL’S DECISION IS FINAL. The Parents/Guardians of the pupil are liable to pay or replace any damage to the school property without any delay/dispute.
  • Politeness and courtesy, softness of speech and good conduct on the part of the students/teachers should be inculcated besides cleanliness of dress and person.
  • Abusive language, shouting and screaming is not allowed in the school premises.
  • Students are supposed not to write or draw on the back-board, to write words, offensive to any one, or anything else.
  • Answer sheets must be returned after the signature of the parents/guardians within the next 2 or 3 days of having received the sheets.
  • Report/Assessment Cards of progress will be signed by the parent in next PTM after each term examination.
  • The school reserves the right to resign the charge of those students whose progress or conduct is unsatisfactory.
  • A student may be expelled from the school on the following grounds:

    a. Non-Payment of school fee/dues and other arrears.

    b. Any unauthorized absence exceeding fifteen calendar days, the defaulter’s name will be struck off the roll and considered withdrawn.

    c. Unsatisfactory progress in academics and other work.

    d. Misconduct or indiscipline.
